RPS Showcases Next-Generation Fuel Automation with ENOC at Expo 2020
Recognized as MENA’s most preferred fuel automation and RFID vehicle identification system provider, RPS proudly presented its latest industry-leading solutions at the Expo 2020 Dubai site in collaboration with ENOC. This milestone presentation highlighted the future of intelligent, sustainable, and customer-centric fueling experiences.
RPS solutions — FuelMatic, PumpMatic, TankMatic, and CenterMatic — are designed to operate in full harmony with advanced machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data analytics technologies. These capabilities enable customized retail and service offerings for customers while optimizing operational efficiency. The integrated system also plays a key role in minimizing queuing and wait times, delivering a seamless and frictionless refueling experience.
Commenting on the collaboration, Alican Şengönül, Managing Director of RPS, emphasized that RPS’s over 30 years of specialized experience in fuel automation systems is the foundation behind delivering solutions that meet ENOC’s highest quality standards. He stated that without deep domain knowledge and long-term industry expertise, it would not be possible to anticipate and satisfy the forward-looking requirements of a global energy leader such as ENOC.
Located at the Expo 2020 site, the ENOC service station represents a global first as the world’s first LEED Platinum-certified service station. Inspired by the iconic ghaf tree, the station features a canopy constructed from 37 tonnes of carbon fibre, an eco-friendly material that is five times lighter and three times stronger than steel. The station is powered by solar photovoltaic panels and a 25-metre wind turbine, recycles water, and produces drinking water for onsite staff by converting humidity from the air into water molecules—setting a new benchmark for sustainable mobility infrastructure.
